MMDAI (Me, Myself and AI) is a free real estate calculator platform operated by an independent developer and investor. The website is hosted at mmdai.net.

What data is collected

MMDAI has no user accounts, login forms, contact forms or email sign-up. Calculator entries are processed in your browser: MMDAI does not store or transmit the values you enter into a calculator.

If you vote for a requested calculator in the Smart Finder, MMDAI converts your IP address into a salted, one-way fingerprint. The original IP address is not stored by the voting system. The fingerprint is used only to prevent another vote from the same IP address for the same request for 90 days, after which it expires automatically. The aggregated vote count is retained so demand for new calculators can be prioritised.

When you accept optional cookies, the following third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies:

• Google Analytics — measures use of the site, such as pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location and interactions.
• Google AdSense — provides advertising services and may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery and measurement.

MMDAI stores your choice in local storage under cookieConsent so the optional services are not loaded again unless you have accepted. Google products may also set cookies or use similar identifiers after consent; their names and lifetimes vary by configuration, browser and region.

Legal basis for processing

Optional Google Analytics and Google AdSense scripts are loaded by MMDAI only after you select Accept in the site banner. Google may present additional consent choices for advertising where required.

The Smart Finder vote limit is processed only after you choose to vote. The limited processing is based on MMDAI’s legitimate interest in preventing duplicate voting and measuring demand for new calculators.

We do not sell personal data to any third party. We use data only for Smart Finder vote integrity, site analytics and advertising as described above.

Data hosting and transfers

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Cloudflare may collect server logs including IP addresses as part of standard web hosting and content delivery operations. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics and AdSense data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the services used change or when legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
